Delete from the app

1. Open the Dr Joos & Rudra app and log in with your mobile number.
2. Go to the Profile tab and open Account Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are logged out.

Can't open the app?

Send a deletion request through our Contact Us page from the mobile number linked to your account. We will verify the request and delete your account.

What is deleted

• Your profile: mobile number login, name and profile photo.
• Your saved team name and captain name.

What we keep

• Past booking and payment records stay with the ground for accounting and legal requirements (typically up to 8 years for financial records). Personal details in these records are anonymised except where the law requires us to keep them.

Ground owner accounts can't be deleted from the app. Owners should contact us directly. Advance payments for existing bookings are not refunded when you delete your account.
